10 Day Challenge
What can you do in 10 days? Well..... completely surprise yourself! I took on the 10 day challenge with hellofit, was going to the gym once or twice a week but had lost motivation. Needed a good kick up the bum! The support was fantastic Rich checked in constantly to spur the group on and answer any questions. Loved all the classes I tried everyone is so friendly, especially enjoyed the bootcamp session with Rob. The nutrition app was great just what I needed to keep me on track
