More recently my skills have taken me to body transformations, helping individuals lose weight both in person and online.

Have just completed the challenge & would definately recommend it. Rich was really knowledgeable & was available to answer any questions throughout. 10 Day Challenge

What can you do in 10 days? Well..... completely surprise yourself! I took on the 10 day challenge with hellofit, was going to the gym once or twice a week but had lost motivation. Needed a good kick up the bum! The support was fantastic Rich checked in constantly to spur the group on and answer any questions. Loved all the classes I tried everyone is so friendly, especially enjoyed the bootcamp session with Rob. The nutrition app was great just what I needed to keep me on track

Online Challenge

I just took part in the challenge which I really enjoyed. I lost 1.3kg which I'm really pleased with, especially as its hard to lose weight at this time of year! The classes were great, especially boxfit which was fun and challenging. Rich was very approachable and always on hand to answer any questions I had. The app is easy to use to book classes and see what's on during the week. I also really enjoy the Fit Mums classes that Lise runs as it's so hard to exercise with a baby but I can bring him with me to these sessions which is great!
